Description

This patch add a tool for creating formula using LaTeX/Matlab syntax. For the Matlab part you need the parser from https://bitbucket.org/cyrille/cauchy .

Currently the tool is disabled if Cauchy is not available, in future revision of the patch, I intend to only disable the matlab support. You can ignore the itexTOMML directory when reviwing, it is imported from http://golem.ph.utexas.edu/~distler/blog/itex2MML.html .
