These two had been left out from https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/104654/ 

Were they forgotten or had it been discussed elsewhere to leave them in?

And where BTW is the wiki page with the list of removed filters? 
http://community.kde.org/Calligra/Filters looks outdated as well :( Otherwise 
I might be just blind :)
