Now I understand but if you ask me: it was not obvious even to me...
Two small captions "Latest stable version:", "Latest unstable
version:" could help.

Or a "New!" tag somewhere [1], otherwise if I visit the site the next
day, scanning from top to bottom I still may miss the news :)
