2.5: Bump of lib versions needed

Hi,
As for every release, I think a bump to lib version 10.0.0 is needed
to indicate binary incompatibility of any sort in Calligra:

(in /CMakeLists.txt)
set(GENERIC_CALLIGRA_LIB_VERSION "10.0.0")
set(GENERIC_CALLIGRA_LIB_SOVERSION "10")
