[calligra] krita/plugins/extensions/shiva: cleanup since we only support 0.9.16 from now on

Hi,
You either need to clean your build directory or edit your CMakeCache.txt to
remove all the variables containing "SHIVA" or "CTL" so that cmake looks again
if the packages are installled.
