unable to install calligra

Using the recommandation given in 
http://www.calligra-suite.org/news/announcements/calligra-2-4-beta-3/

I pasted

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:neon/ppa \
&&  sudo apt-get update\
&&  sudo apt-get install project-neon-base \
    project-neon-calligra \
    project-neon-calligra-dbg

in my terminal, and received

E: Le téléchargement de quelques fichiers d'index a échoué, ils ont été ignorés, ou les anciens ont été utilisés à la place.


and found no /opt/project-neon/ directory in my Ubuntu 11.04
