License of your icons for KFormula

Hi Thorsten,

just a few years ago (well, a whopping decade) you commited these icons for 
the KOffice formula shape:

Your work was that good that it still lives on in Calligra :)

And now even new, so far missing icons have been derived from your's and are 
awaiting their commit to the repo. But this poses a problem:

What is the license of your icons?

All the files of /trunk/koffice/lib/kformula seem to be LGPL2+, but this does 
not automatically tag your icons with the same license, or?
In http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/koffice/?pathrev=185694 there are both COPYING 
and COPYING.LIB, so this does also not help. Or is there another license note, 
which is valid here?

So could you please state what the license of your icons is?
In a way which makes this reliable, perhaps by copying calligra-devel, so it's 
in public archives?

PS: Too bad that Calligra won't be at Randa now, I hoped to meet you there and 
use the occasion to work on resurrecting the Marble shape for Calligra by 
adding the needed rendering API to Marble. Perhaps next year then :)
