Really missing icons in C 2.5

Done. Basically dumped the current info to 
http://community.kde.org/Calligra/Icons/Shared_icons as most plugins are 
shared anyway. Everyone  please feel free to move the stuff around as you see 
it fit. And of course please add your knowledge :)

Timothée, could you add yourself to the "Assigned To" column for the icons you 
started to work on? Thanks.
