Failing tests

Hi people,

We're having some new failures, I'm afraid. Check http://my.cdash.org/viewTest.php?onlyfailed&buildid=239000... 

There are several failing rounddtrip tests, but also unittests, and we should have all unittests pass before we can think of moving into RC status!

-> this was fixed in a branch, but even with the fixes from branch, it's still broken in master.

I'm wondering about these -- aren't they disabled?

-> this is a nasty one, it's a crash on exit that is also seen in real life!

-> no clue why this fails, it works nice for me.
