Review Request: Move several commands from TextTool to the KoTextEditor interface

Well, the reason I started moving some commands now is that I actually had a problem implementing the second "paste" command in KoTextEditor without moving them. One thing led to another -- I only moved the minimum of commands behind KoTextEditor though, leaving the rest for now.
