Features changelog for Calligra 2.4 Beta

Flow don't have much features, just the stencil docker, knewstuff
support for downloading stencils, and dia shapes converted to odg
stencils. Some important features are not finished yet and blocked by
some bugs in library so didn't enter master. Quite busy so the
development suspended recently, I'll be back around November.
