Summary
-------

This patch makes it possible to automatically build Calligra Active if the Qt version is > 4.7.0 (that is, 4.7.1 or above). I am putting it on review as I'm really not sure of CMake stuff, and won't like to break builds. Let me know if I can push this to master.
