by having a required-items-list rather than a date, and biweekly evaluations
if we should remove some. It should be emphasized that we do not want to go on
forever and that the list should be what is needed in order to be user ready.
The required-items-list should not be confused with our feature list, which we
will happily release even when not fulfilled.
So some apps like Krita may not have anything, and apps that don't want to be
called feature ready in 2.4 could also omit filling out this required-items-
list.
I still think Words, Tables and Stage needs to be user ready before we
release. And most of what is required here is user interface. but the exact
list is up to the app to define.
