uhm they are already in the titlebar (when the docker has one), or are you 
thinking of something else. Btw I really like you second idea of a menu 
instead, i'll experiment with that.

How about no title, but just a blank titlebar (except for the normal buttons)?
The menu action can still have different text afaik
