"Post-it" area + notes as a GSOC?

Do you think that the following would be a good GSOC subject?

- implement the "post-it" area. inspiration:
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Notes2
- implement the notes/change tracking info as "post-tis"

The post-it area might actually need to also refactor the KWCanvas somehow,
because the pages are actually "simulated".

Also, is there somewhere on KDE wiki a summary of what it takes/involves to
be a mentor?
