- app renames using docbook ENTITY, so the translator changes are not big
- K Desktop Environment -> KDE
- DCOP -> D-BUS
- Updated "Please check http://docs.kde.org/development/en/calligra/stage/index.html for updated versions of this document." and added similar for tables and calligra docs.

TODO after 2.4, larger changes needed:
- Updates related to KParts and Flake
