Reminder: incoming feature freeze on August, 31th

Hi,

A slight reminder, that per-release schedule [1], the soft feature freeze is 
coming on August, 31th. After that date, new features are only allowed if they 
are judge to be necesserary for end user readiness, discussed on this list and 
extensively tested before merging.
