While in theory it can be Calligra 1.0 but I am definitely not for
Kexi 1.0 and Krita 1.0.

So I see points for 3.0:
* it's continuation of KOffice as Calligra
* we're making a clean break anyway
* it's very much a 3.0 level product, feature-wise
