anongit.kde.org should be working fine again

Ben (of #kde-sysadmin) says its fine now. I would encourage people to
change their kde:// settings in their ~/.gitconfig:
 [url "git://anongit.kde.org/"]
     insteadOf = kde://
 [url "ssh://git@git.kde.org/"]
     pushInsteadOf = kde://

This takes load off of git.kde.org. This is good since git.kde.org has
the RAM standard on state-of-the-art computers in 2002. :)

If you ever see
https://projects.kde.org/projects/calligra/repository
getting out-of-date (only a few minutes delay is expected) let me or
#kde-sysadmin know.
