Review Request: Handling of font sizes of type qreal

Hi,

the msttcorefonts package provides not only font sizes of type integer and also the msword filter stores now qreal values into the "font-size" attribute of text properties.  I also checked MS PowerPoit (only integer values of font sizes are allowed) and MS Excel (qreal type values of font sizes allowed).

It's not possible to use KFontSizeAction any more because it does not support font size values of type qreal, so I created our own class FontSizeAction and updated KoTextEditor and TextTool.

Please check the code and the current UI behavior.  Comments are welcome.
