Test of the wiki migration

Hi,

I have written the script for the migration of the wiki (found in [2]), I have 
also setup a test installation of the wiki in [1], before it goes live on 
community.kde.org wiki.

So please check in [1] that most things look ok. From what I can see there are 
two broken thing:
* relative link (no idea how to enable that in mediawiki, might need manual 
editing)
* templates (can someone check that we have those in community's wiki, or if 
we should ask it to be enabled ?)
