[Bugsquad] This is about Plasma bug?

Hi everyone,

I have a doubt about this bug:

I don't know what correct product should reassigning this bug. The
developer thinks it is from another product, but I don't have sure about
what product is. My guess this it could be about plasma.

What you think about it?
