Did you actually see that you miss debugging symbols for libqtscript
and plasma-desktop? There is a message up at the top right, and you
are actually only looking at one installed debug package which is not
the one missing.

Did you actually click on the button "Install missing Debug symbols"?

Not all debugging symbols can be installed directly from Dr. Konqi,
but that is due to the fact that different distributions do handle
package installing differently, some even don't use the same names in
the dependencies.
