Hi!
The wiki is only used during bug triaging events. Some example wiki
page : http://techbase.kde.org/Contribute/Bugsquad/BugDays/Beta46Week2
If you are not part of this event, you can't write on the wiki pages;
and you will one write on the bugzilla reports. Be sure to ask all
your questions on #kde-bugs on IRC
