[Bugsquad] Next bugday (29.03 or 05.04.?)

Hi everyone,

time to plan our next bugday. Two dates seem appropriate: 29th of March and 
5th of April. I'd go for the second as it would leave us with more time to 
promote it.

Target anyone?
I'd actually go with KMail one more time as last bugday seemed a little 
slack overall. Other applications welcome though :)
