[Bugsquad] Bug day wiki pages

Hi everyone,

I prepared the techbase pages for the bug day:
- http://techbase.kde.org/Contribute/Bugsquad/BugDays/KOfficeDay1/Triage
- http://techbase.kde.org/Contribute/Bugsquad/BugDays/KOfficeDay1/Krush

I'd like to ask everyone to review them as I changed quite a bit on adopting 
them to KOffice.

@koffice-devel: Please check the instructions I put about the version field as 
well as the range of bugs I put on the triage page. I put all of the "koffice" 
and "krita" products.
@TZander: Which month should we start the triage with? Is June alright?
