yeah i think this is very helpful. perhaps we can get information about 
bugzilla3, such a feature could be included there? like tagging the bug with 
annoying or something :) but so far a wiki page with all annoying bugs is 
good, sorted by applications perhaps. i will add other bugs if i encounter 
anything then.
