Just for the record, I agree. ;)

If we wait two weeks to do kmail, we ought to have something very nicely organized. 
As in:

we should have a test run at some point
we should have kmail specific docs
we need test mailboxes set up in places for people to connect to
we may want to host a "let's all get trunk running" day
