Amarok and libav’s ffmpeg

Thanks for the hint, I thought Ubuntu is using an outdated version of ffmpeg. 
The wrong VBR header is clearly avconv’s fault. I tried manual conversation 
with both ffmpeg and avconv and only official ffmpeg writes it correctly.
