Amarok and libav’s ffmpeg

Hi!

I’m using Amarok 2.7 on Kubuntu and it unfortunately uses libav instead of 
ffmpeg so the included ffmpeg utility behaves somewhat different from the 
official one. AFAIK Amarok uses ffmpeg to transcode files. So when I transcode 
flacs to mp3 the VBR header gets written incorrectly and the resulting files 
don’t display their right duration. Am I hitting the following bug or is it a 
different one?
