Reminder: Please CC people when replying

Hey all,

I'm sending this reminder out from time to time, especially for people
who are new to this mailing list.

The thing is, this mailing list is unusual in that people can send to
it without subscribing (we admins check for spam and such). This also
means, if you reply to a mail, you can never be sure if the person is
subscribed to the list. As it would be a shame if they never actually
get to see your mail, please always "CC" the sender when you reply :)
