Amarok won't load saved m3u playlists

I can't tell without more details why the tracks are not loading. It
might be that they are stored using relative paths, but not in the
right place, or something else is wrong with the paths (like windows
paths on linux, etc).
But for the editing of M3U I have good news: I just implemented it.
Sorry it took so long, it was not high on my TODO list.
