backing up podcasts

I have a ton of podcasts saved in Amarok and everytime I need to reinstall the 
software I have put them all in again.  Being able to import them from an 
external file since the last update is nice but I also prefer to have a 
different default save destination for them, so I still have to change that for 
every podcast.

Is there a way backup just the podcast part of amarok's settings?  which files 
in the profiel directory are specifically related to the podcast settings?
