100% cpu loop with Amarok, Phonon-Xine and USB soundcard

Well you reassigned above bug to phonon xine already, but upto now no 
Phonon developer gave any suggestions on how to proceed. I do not think it 
makes much sense to open another bug report for the same issue.

I thought some other Amarok user might have a similar problem thus I 
thought it might help asking here.

I also thought about testing with another media player which uses Phonon. 
Maybe its not just a Phonon Xine backend problem but a problem that is 
triggered by how Amarok is using it. But I do not know which Phonon based 
player I could use instead for trying.
