Amarok 2.1.1 and iPods

FWIW, version 2.1.1 would at this point be considered "ancient" with the
rapid pace of Amarok development -- and crucially, a very large number
of serious showstopping bugs have been fixed since then, not to mention
lots and lots of features from 1.4 re-added.

I'd *highly* recommend upgrading to 2.3.0, or the new 2.3.1 when it's
released.
