Required packages on Kubuntu

I made sure all these were installed, and used the apt-get build-dep
command.  It's still saying it can't find mysqld.  I had this same
problem trying to build 2.1 a while ago and eventually gave up after
trying to find the solution here as well as in the Ubuntu forums.  It
seems like there has to be some strange problem specific to my system,
I mean other people are building Amarok in Kubuntu without problems,
right?
