[Donn Washburn]

Clicking on the middle "Wikipedia" panel that is on Wikipedia that has a 
image.
If I click on the image I get the following error.

Unable to run the command specified. The file or folder 
file:///wiki/File:Rosalia_de_souza.jpg does not exist

It is not calling up a browser which would likely fail due to a lack of a directory /wiki.  Beside not having the file downloaded
