New volume control feedback

Wider hit aera for the dial is (along other mods) to come. (hopefully soon)

This was a horribly experimental trial anyway (you could clck and drag 
everywhere, but that led to "jumping around", so i restricted permitted mouse 
positions/values)

Another artificial (and experimental) restriction was to split toggle clicks 
and dialing (used to be possible to click anywhere and then turn this into a 
click - what apparently lead to accidental volume changes on muting attempts)

I'm still fiddling stuff - any feedback is very welcome.
(Also there've been requests to not use a dial at all...)

PS: No use touchpads. Make little Tommy go mad ;-)
