Amarok 2.3.1 beta 1 released

I did get it to compile and it is now up and running.  I did look at the 
README for depends.  I think the problem was with openSuSE's version of 
mysql-devel doesn't have mysqld."a".  and lastfm will not compile.  I 
don't used Last FM anyway.

Amarok as usual is up and running - It seems to handle loading of the 
Playlists faster.
