[GSoC] Distributed Collections: proposal

Hi

I wish to apply for gsoc 2010 and contribute to the Amarok project for the
idea "Distributed Collections".

After 2 weeks of discussion with Nikolaj Hald Nielsen and Karl Vollmer(lead
dev of Ampache) , i have come up with a proposal.Here is the link:
