Build problem on Ubuntu 9.04

No, it is not, Amarok depends on 4.4, so building against any higher
version works without problems.

Make sure you have *all* strigi development packages installed,
especially this one:

libstrigiqtdbusclient-dev


Works fine here, Using Kubuntu 9.04 with KDE 4.3.1
