Mood-dependent wallpaper? Weather-dependent Music Selection?

Just throwing out an idea, but how about using last.fm or jamendo
tags? There is a ton of music tagged "sun", "rain", "sunshine",
"windy", "storm", "cloud", "cloudy", ....

The Jamendo stuff you can just stream, and the last.fm tracks you can
try to find in the local collection.
