Not playing songs with spaces in file names?

You have a very strange view of the term "Everything"... I don't want to 
start a flame war but Phonon covers just a handful of apps on Linux, 
whereas pulse is trying to cover *all* apps regardless of what audio 
system they are coded to use... this is why some apps are having 
problems - none of them are specifically *written* for pulse, they are 
being retrofitted and overall pulse is doing a damn fine job of this 
considering the potential problems.

If you only use KDE4 apps then great. I don't but I want them to all 
work the same and go through a common GUI.

If you want to go and rewrite *every* single app to go through Phonon, 
I'd welcome your effort, but if not then I'll keep hacking on the 
projects that will ultimately make a real difference to the Linux audio 
stack as a whole.
