Should
"One is "single_sort" has some subitems that can directly performed  
sorting.These are the sorting categories which the user can't sort by

Comments:
The "second way" is visually cluttered and far too complicated IMO.  
The playlist isn't guaranteed a lot of space so sticking this type of  
interface in is a poor design decision.

You list the "third part" as your implementation. This should be the  
first thing you do because if it isn't finished the rest of your  
proposal becomes useless. It seems it'll also be the most challenging  
part so best get it out of the way quickly.
