Q: dynamic playlist of unrated songs

Simple question: is there a way in 2.1.1 to generate a playlist of (only)
unrated songs?

I have tried the sort-of-obvious filter "rating == <blank>", but that
doesn't work. (In fact, it's not clear what that does.)

I'm told that there is a way to do this in svn, but I'm using 2.1.1.
