Why is lastfm a required dependency?

You are confusing the "last.fm service" with the liblastfm.  Soon,
more than just the "last.fm service" will use (read: *depend*) on
liblastfm, and those parts of Amarok (the CV and cover fetching) are
not optional.

Not to mention that for the user to be able to enable/disable last.fm
from the GUI, the service must be compiled in, which implies liblastfm
is already installed.
