Amarok improved GUI proposal

I do like the non-vertical tabs part.  The current vertical ones are
rather rough and out of place.  Non-native?

Amarok 1.4x's vertical tabs were simple, and thus kinda hard to mess
up; and perhaps it's the side-effect of trying to have non-squared,
rounded, beveled buttons in the vertical orientation, but they look
pretty bad, and don't seem to match the Oxygen theme very well (they
are thinner than pure-rotated Oxygen widgets, with graphics that don't
fit the width) or font settings either.  Do they work well with other
Qt themes?
