no MSD in amarok-2.0?

It seems my sansa device is now being interfaced to amarok using MTP.  That would be fine, except it seems impossible to send a playlist this way.  The only way I found to transfer songs is via amarok gui, but that doesn't seem to work for playlists, because they don't even show up in amarok.

I can connect to sansa instead as MSD, but this doesn't show up in amarok at all.
