Amarok for Windows bug reporting?

Hello everybody!

in this (little outdated) page Amarok for Windows is advised as being a 
work in progress, not ready for the users:

However with 4.2.0 Windows packages Amarok seems to be quite stable (at 
least for basic usage) with only minor annoyances.
I have several reproducible bugs that I want to report, but I don't know 
if it is appropriate or not in this moment. Are there any developers 
working (even sporadically) on the Windows version? Does it make sense 
to report the bugs I found anyway (some problems seems just trivial 
issues as the "Download album cover" not displaying the covers it 
finds)? Maybe also the Linux version could gaing more robustness out of 
this...

In brief: is it fine to start reporting bugs of the Windows version or 
is it still too early?
