Importing collection data from 1.4 to 2.2.0

When I upgraded from 1.4 to 2.2, I think i tried every possible combination
of copy/import/rescan and never got ratings in properly.
So I wrote another program that scanned my 1.4 db and inserted the missing
ratings into a 2.2 db.
I was kinda curious to know how the new schema differed in any case.
I will attach the code that did it to this e-mail. I hope it helps some
others too.
